    Job Description

    We are looking for Call Center Representatives that will be the liaison between our Timeshare Exit Company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidates will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Your essential obligations will help our customers by means of telephone and email, settling on outbound decisions for existing timeshare proprietors, should be PC proficient, talk clear and familiar English, have tough relationship building abilities including being amicable, compassionate, and a decent audience while social affair data with respect to records to check whether they are qualified for the administrations, we give to drop their timeshare ownership. Responsibilities : Manage large amounts of outbound calls : Follow communication “scripts” when speaking to clients : Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives : Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile : Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way : Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level : Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Skills : Experience is a plus but not required in the customer support role : Track record of over-achieving quota : Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening : Familiarity with CRM systems and practices : Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types : Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Call center representative: Pay Structure Tier 1 - $12 hour please monthly bonus.
