STAFFING & RECRUITING OPERATIONAL BRANCH MANAGER

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Staffing & Recruiting Operations Manager to manage our ProLogistix/ResourceMFG team located in the Gainesville-Buford Market! YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

• Run a staffing office which includes overseeing operational, sales, and recruiting activities; actively screen and interview applicants
• Use standard and creative recruiting sources to ensure the supply of qualified candidates to fill client job orders
• Ensure all colleagues in your branch are engaging in margin generating activities
• Meet regularly with clients to ensure quality of placements and satisfaction with our service
• Support your branch sales representative and monitor new business development; develop multi-level relationships in client organizations to assure retention and further development
• Select, hire, train, and develop your own amazing staff
• Manage your team and ensure results with hands-on coaching and counseling
• Promotes community awareness of the company by actively participating in local functions and consciously positioning our company as a focus for community support
• Plan for season peaks in business and recruiting ramp-ups
• Establish and communicate goals, objectives and incentives to your staff regularly
• Oversees payroll and reporting functions and acts as necessary to align actual performance with budget expectations
• Other duties as assigned

YOUR ATTRIBUTES:

• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint word processing software
• Passion for working with people
• Exceptional customer service skills, systems knowledge, and leadership experience
• Staffing industry experience a plus
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced, team environment
• Proven track record of sales growth
• Ability to manage, motivate, coach and train others
• A career-minded individual with desire to learn and grow
• Desire to embrace new technology and efficiencies
• Bilingual a plus
