SCHEDULE: Full Time, Non-Exempt, M-F. 9am-5pm, with opportunity for remote work
COMPENSATION: $55,000 annually
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Talent & Operations Manager, the Resource Management Coordinator will share general procurement responsibilities with a team of Resource Management professionals for supplying services and goods in support of SVA's academic and administrative departments.
Other duties include, coordination of vendor and contractor selection, relationship management, scheduling of services, invoice review and approval, and other associated administrative tasks.

Knowledge of the protocols and objectives of higher education.
Knowledge and skills in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
Skill in effective verbal and written communication.
Skill in data analysis, problem-solving; and detail oriented.
Skill in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
Skill in planning and organizing.
Skill in operating a personal computer, databases or scheduling software; and related equipment.
Ability to provide customer service.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to develop and maintain knowledge in assigned specialized areas.
Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities.
Ability to resolve problems or situations requiring the exercise of good judgment.
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other employees and the public of diverse backgrounds.
