Now Hiring - Flexible Schedule, Part Time, Floater for a growing child care center!

Did you previously work in a daycare but are burnt out?

A Part-Time Floater at the Goddard School of Spring House will join our growing team of 25 teachers and over 150 families to support the school in a variety of ways. We will work with your availability to create a part time schedule that allows our school to continue to grow quickly!

Full Time teachers are eligible to receive a wide range of benefits to support you and your family. If you work under 35 hours a week, these benefits will not be available to you.

Floating or Assistant Teachers should:

Have 2 years of Early Child Care experience

Be comfortable talking with parents and caregivers

Promote positive classroom management techniques

Share ideas and experiences with Lead and Assistant Teachers

Collaborate with directors and onsite owners
