Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Plumber to join our team as the Responsible Master Plumber. In this role, you will oversee the growth and development of our plumbing division, ensuring top-notch quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in driving our company's vision to become the largest and most trusted home services provider in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Responsible Master Plumber for Schroeders
Oversee and manage all plumbing projects, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and train a team of plumbers and apprentices to maintain high levels of performance and quality.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the plumbing division, including expanding service offerings and entering new markets.
Work closely with the executive team to align plumbing operations with overall company goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
Manage customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the procurement of plumbing materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new plumbing team members.
Qualifications:
Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Minnesota.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Plumber, with a strong track record of managing plumbing projects and teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and executives.
