Bonchon showcases some traditional Korean dishes as well as our famous double fried chicken! You will be greeting guests with a smile, seating them, and taking care of them to our full extent! Responsibilities: • Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests • Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors • Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations • Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed • Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities Qualifications: • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Previous experience working in food service is preferred Compensation: $2.13 - $5.50 hourly
