Job Summary

Abita Roasting Company is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our awesome management team. You might be great for this position if you have BOH & FOH operation experience, totaling 3 years, which is required to manage one of our 4 locations. Are you looking for that next step in your career? Looking to work 45-50 hours per week, mostly days and some nights? Our peak business is on weekends, therefore working most Saturdays & Sundays are a must. We know work life balance is important, so you have the ability to create your own schedule. Salary is negotiable, depending on your experience and career goals with our company.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy

Training staff to follow restaurant procedures

Maintaining safety and food quality standards

Keeping customers happy and handling complaints

Organizing schedules

Oversee cleaning and sanitation inside and outside the building

Holding your team accountable

Keeping track of employees’ hours

Recording payroll data

Exposure to financial reports and how to control them

Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations

Significant experience in recruiting

Qualifications

Must be a positive coworker. Must be able to work in a team environment
