    Job Responsibilities:

    As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for helping to lead and drive daily operations including managing the kitchen and dining room to ensure a positive guest experience.

    Other responsibilities include:

    Upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality.

    Interviewing, hiring, and ensuring all employees receive proper training.

    Developing team members through training, motivation, and mentoring.

    Educating team members on safe work practices and maintaining an environment that is safe for both guests and team members.

    Supporting company’s strategic plan including forecasting budget management, profit & loss accountability, cost control and inventories.

    Requirements:

    You must be self-motivated, positive, and possess a passion for fostering a great sense of teamwork. You must exhibit uncommonly high standards and be committed to the training and development of our team.

    Other requirements include:

    Minimum of 3 years restaurant experience as a salaried general or assistant general manager in a full serve concept with bar

    A strong leadership personality with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop their team

    Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so

    Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level

    Understanding of financial aspects of business operations

    Food Manager certification
