Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Mr. Fries Man-Sacramento team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS software
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
