    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on restaurant equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems.
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
    • Collaborate with management to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
    • Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.

    We’re excited if this is you:

    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
      • Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment repair.
      • Effectively troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as necessary.
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
