Key Responsibilities
Hospitality
Deliver exceptional service to maximize guest satisfaction.
Respond promptly and effectively to guest complaints.
Train and mentor employees on guest service best practices.
Operations
Organize and supervise shifts.
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Forecast and manage inventory needs for goods, utensils, and cleaning supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Be actively present on the floor, supporting both staff and guests.
