Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping the restaurant’s culture, setting high standards for service, and establishing operations that will drive long-term success. You will manage day-to-day restaurant activities, build a strong, motivated team, and ensure the highest quality of food and service. Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver top-notch service to every guest.
Maintain high food and service standards, ensuring customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional, timely manner.
Ensure proper inventory control, ordering, and maintaining restaurant supplies.
Develop staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
Implement and uphold restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Collaborate with ownership and chefs to drive operational improvements and sales growth.
Be an ambassador for the brand, building relationships with guests and the local community.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a must.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead by example.
A passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in delivering an excellent guest experience.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solve on the spot.
Experience with restaurant operations, including inventory, budgeting, and staff management.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus!
