    The Role
    We’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager who’s the perfect mix of professional and fun — someone who knows how to keep the energy up, the guests happy, and the team thriving. You’ll be the face of the floor, the pulse of the dining room, and the glue that holds it all together.


    What You’ll Do

    • Run smooth, high-volume shifts with grace and great vibes
    • Lead and inspire a team of passionate hospitality pros
    • Deliver exceptional guest experiences rooted in warmth, style, and attention to detail
    • Support training, development, and scheduling to keep the team sharp and supported
    • Help curate and share knowledge about food, wine, and service
    • Problem-solve with a cool head and kind heart — even when it gets hectic
    • Work closely with the culinary team to keep things running like clockwork
    • Keep an eye on the details — from guest satisfaction to labor and sales metrics


    What We’re Looking For

    • 2–4 years of experience in restaurant management (high volume preferred)
    • A people person with a big heart, strong hospitality instincts, and serious organizational skills
    • Love for food and wine — and the ability to talk about both with confidence and passion
    • Cool under pressure, quick on your feet, and a natural problem solver
    • High standards for service, cleanliness, and team culture
    • A leader who brings fun, kindness, and professionalism to the floor every single day
