    A high-volume chef-driven restaurant is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join their hospitality family!

    Some of your responsibilities:

    • Work with the Management team to ensure the staff is trained and understands the culinary and wine program.
    • Participate in Management financial meetings to assist in meeting goals.
    • Ensure proper staffing through accurate sales forecasting.
    • Maintain a safe and pristine restaurant.
    • Lead and engage staff in the expectations for hospitality excellence.
    • Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
    • Be hands-on and assist where always needed.

    Experience must-haves:

    • Current Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale full-service restaurant.
    • Excellent industry tenure and references.
    • A clear understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
    • Professional and kind personality.
    • Natural ability to lead a professional team.
    • Hands-on with the “want” to be on the floor during service times.
    • Ability to multitask.

    $70,000 per year
