Responsibilities

Take a hands-on management approach with all team members in the restaurant to drive the vision, brand, and direction of our Company

Learn and uphold our elevated service and hospitality standards and hold the team accountable to them. We believe in being easy on people, but tough on standards.

Motivate, coach, train, and support restaurant team members on hospitality, service, menu execution, systems, and program implementation

Focus on problem-solving and process improvement by leveraging restaurant resources

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED

Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant

Able to multi-task

Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces

Customer service focused and solution oriented

Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs

Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
