    Our high-volume restaurant is looking for a dynamic and flexible leader who can provide our diners with an exceptional experience. As restaurant general manager, you are responsible for creating a plan that maximizes our financial and operational goals. You will be able to recruit, hire, and train a staff who is passionate about delivering great customer service. The general manager needs to ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities: • Oversee staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and training candidates for all restaurant positions • Prepare a thorough business strategy for the restaurant, taking into account the local market, the competition, revenue, and costs • Retain proper inventory levels of food and dining items and make precise plans for anticipated sales patterns • Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers • Directs and coordinates all aspects of marketing and community events, including planning and executing them Qualifications: • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired • This position requires a high school diploma or GED • Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets • Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years is required, preferably in the restaurant industry
