Responsibilities: • Oversee staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and training candidates for all restaurant positions • Prepare a thorough business strategy for the restaurant, taking into account the local market, the competition, revenue, and costs • Retain proper inventory levels of food and dining items and make precise plans for anticipated sales patterns • Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers • Directs and coordinates all aspects of marketing and community events, including planning and executing them Qualifications: • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired • This position requires a high school diploma or GED • Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets • Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years is required, preferably in the restaurant industry
