We are looking to hire a Restaurat Manager for our team at Good Pie!
Position Objective: The Restaurant Manager is the operational leader of the restaurant, responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves significant management responsibilities, including financial performance, staff development, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop restaurant efficiencies for economic-growth, staff morale and guest satisfaction
Manage the employee hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and terminations
Communicate effectively with the kitchen on new menu roll outs, changes, or any 86ed items
Manage weekly front of house costs and employee payroll budgets
Schedule daily pre-shift meetings with front of house staff
Meet with guests to ensure their expectations have been met
Assist other areas of the restaurant when necessary
Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines
Must have Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada
Must be able to assist with cleaning projects, our restaurant is everyone’s responsibility
What we are looking for:
Candidate must have at least 2 years prior experience
Candidate must be experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office, E-Mail
Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
Must be a team leader, player and have a positive can-do attitude
Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
