Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Absolute adherence to all standards as set forth in Operations Manual.
Actively participate in executing all dimensions of shift management to optimize guest satisfaction and build maximize guest loyalty.
Provide constructive “coaching” and feedback to team members in order to enhance their performance & productivity.
Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment by holding team members accountable for standards and leading by example.
Embrace all selection & training protocols to ensure new hires are provided with the necessary skills and abilities to be successful in their position.
Monitor compliance with all food safety & sanitation requirements & initiate immediate corrective action for deviations from standard.
Demonstrates ownership for achieving all product cost and/or labor goals assigned.
Consistently execute all administrative duties with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy & timeliness.
Willingly takes on tasks & responsibilities beyond scope of current position requirements.
Required Competencies & Qualifications
Passionate about quality food & beverage, hospitality and the art of restauratuership.
College course work preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous work experience is commensurate with position seeking.
A proven track record of success in developing subordinates & achieving cost goals.
Proficient in communicating (speaking, reading, writing, comprehending) English. Bilingual a plus.
Computer “literate” and familiar with restaurant management software & P.O.S. platforms.
Understands the role of team work in delivering an exceptional team member & guest experience
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Handle stressful situations in a positive and supportive manner.
ServSafe (Food Handlers Certification) preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to move throughout the restaurant (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for an extended period of time.
Ability to move objects (lift, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination & ability to work with hands above shoulders.
Comfortable working in an environment that may experience significant temperature changes.
Ability to tolerate a loud/noisy environment.
Comfortable operating potentially hazardous equipment.
