About the Role:

Hummus Republic in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a leader in the fast-casual dining industry, we are committed to serving delicious and healthy Mediterranean-inspired meals in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant

Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Control operational costs and identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in restaurant management

Food handler's card and alcohol service certification

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
