Luci's Marketplace/Luci's at the Orchard in Central Phoenix and Luci’s at the Grove in Scottsdale is looking for a Great Restaurant Manager. We are looking for a Creative and Detail oriented person.
We have a very positive atmosphere for our Loyal Customers and Staff. This is a great long term opportunity for a person with the right skills. We are a Different and Fun Urban Neighborhood Market with a Coffee Bar and Kitchen. Must be available 45 to 50 hour per week, including weekends.

Job Description
Oversee every aspect restaurant / operations
Ensures excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations
Ensures that the business is adequately staffed to meet guest needs
Manage all shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
Ensures food quality and spec is to company standards
Hospitality and standards are being met during all guest connection
Monitors speed of service
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ year of experience as a manager in full service or casual dining.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, teaching and motivating a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain a high-performing team
Develop and mentor employees for both personal and professional growth
