We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team! We pride ourselves on offering a comfortable, casual environment for our guests to enjoy exceptional food, beverage, and service.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, implementing growth strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position is full-time (45-50 hours per week), 5 days per week, and offers a mix of opening and closing shifts, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:

Seamlessly execute lunch and dinner services

Weekly FoH schedule

Monthly liquor inventory

Develop and implement growth strategies

Conduct interviews to hire, train, and develop new employees

Evaluate performance and productivity

Research and identify growth opportunities to optimize revenue

Requirements:

Minimum of (1) year managing a full-service restaurant

Strong leadership qualities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Reliable, with a strong work ethic

Meticulous attention to detail

Proactive nature
