    Job Responsibilities:

    Provide an exceptional level of customer service and overall customer experience.

    Excel in the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers and company leadership.

    Accomplish restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, disciplining employees in addition to communicating job performance and behavioral expectations, planning and reviewing compensation, and enforcing policies and procedures.

    Ability to determine the appropriate times to apply correction and feedback with the staff. Acknowledge when staff is performing well and where there is room for improvement. Consistent feedback though staff scorecards.

    Ability to establish a structure and standard that encourages accountability across all departments of the business.

    Achieve restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

    Ability to resolve problems; identify trends; determine system improvements; and implement change.

    Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste, and ensuring high quality standards of food preparation are maintained.

    Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures that comply with legal regulations.

    Maintain a consistent ambiance by controlling the lighting, windows, music, and the general vibe of the restaurant.

    Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

    5+ years of hospitality-related experience

    3+ years of restaurant manager or leadership experience

    Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law

    Familiar with point-of-sale computers and software, preferably TOASTTAB

    Comfortable using a computer, navigating Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook Email

    College graduate is preferred but not required

    Work Hours / Compensation and Benefits

    Hours - Range between 40 and 50 per week

    Base Salary - Range between $62K and $72K
