Horn Barbecue Oakland and Lafayette is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join either of our Michelin-recognized teams! You will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being to included hiring, training, and leading the staff, ensuring they reflect our high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a high-volume, successful restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events

Qualifications:
Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with Google Drive preferred, restaurant management software, and Toast POS software
