We’re looking for a highly driven restaurant office manager/bookkeeper to administer and oversee our information systems and policies for our newest fast-paced restaurant located in Chicago's Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will have restaurant and bookkeeping experience, is an organized and efficient leader who loves motivating and encouraging others to do their best work. Responsibilities: Work and collaborate with our Corporate Accounting Team, our Human Resources/ Payroll Director, and Restaurant Leadership which include: • Review and verification of daily sales, cash deposits, and cash drawers. • Maintain safe counts. • Maintain petty cash receipts and reimbursements. • Maintain daily tip allocation worksheets. • Verify hourly employee payroll amounts each day. • Oversee and process new hire paperwork. • Scanning accounts payable invoices to our document management system. • Other daily and weekly reconciliations as required. Qualifications: • Restaurant bookeeping/office experience. • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite Applications. • Displays strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills. Compensation: $55,000
