We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Restaurant Onboarding and Account Manager to support our growing network of restaurant partners. This role involves setting up and managing restaurant accounts on major delivery platforms, ensuring operational excellence, and providing ongoing partner support.

Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Onboarding: Set up and onboard restaurants to platforms like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. Create profiles in our internal system and ensure all rates, menus, and settings are accurate. Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for restaurant partners, managing menu updates, account settings, and customer service issues. System Optimization: Regularly review delivery accounts to ensure peak performance, correct pricing, and timely deposits from partners. Technical Support: Install and ship tablets, printers, and onboarding materials to restaurant locations. Provide system training and demos as needed. Issue Resolution: Monitor accounts for accuracy, manage disputes, and resolve customer refund issues efficiently.
