We are seeking experienced Servers with a friendly smile and a positive attitude to set the tone for our guests' unique dining experience. The ideal candidate will ensure guests are seated promptly, orders are taken and served timely, and tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. Responsibilities: • Attend all pre-shift and departmental meetings to improve communications and develop an understanding of products, services, and facilities • Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed • Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials so that you can respond to client questions and provide recommendations • Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests • Collect correct payment from guests and ensure that the guest check and method of payment are accurate to safeguard both the client and the business from mistakes in transactions Qualifications: • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers Compensation: $8 - $10 hourly
