    SUMMARY: The Breakfast Servers responsibilities include setting up, table side service and clearing the meal service to include food and beverage service. Server will utilize the point of sale to process orders and receive payments. Server will be able to address customers' queries and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

    Greets guests upon arrival; assists with seating as needed.

    Performing opening duties for the restaurant.

    Ensuring that the restaurant is well-stocked for the day.

    Servicing food and beverage requests.

    Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.

    Perform server functions in the Point of Sale

    Responsible for payments including cash handling

    Resolving customers' queries and complaints/; utilizes own best judgment in resolving issues or refers to management as needed.

    Ensuring that customers vacate the restaurant by the close of meal service.

    Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.

    Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.

    Answers phone in a courteous and timely manner.

    Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager.

    JOB KNOWLEDGE:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

    Previous server experience preferred.

    Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

    PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

    Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

    CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS: Must be obtained/current upon hire and maintained for duration of employment.
