    Are you a motivated food service industry professional looking for a new supervisory position? You could be the ideal candidate for our next shift manager position at our quick service restaurant. This position is in charge of scheduling employees, assigning tasks to them, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all food and beverage safety regulations are followed. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that our customers receive food and beverages as quickly as possible. You should have prior experience working in a fast food or quick service restaurant, as well as excellent organizational skills and some supervisory experience. Apply now if this sounds like a fantastic opportunity Responsibilities: • Designate various tasks to departments and individual staff, ensuring they are completed promptly and successfully so food and beverages are delivered quickly • Train the crew on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and cleaning requirements • Arrange for the coverage of responsibilities for staff who can’t work their shift • Respond to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and polite manner • Maintain and ensure that each site is well stocked, order supplies, and arrange the product delivery Bring your leadership skills to the forefront and thrive in a dynamic setting where teamwork and passion for quality pizzas drive our success. Responsibilities include: • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts • Ensure food quality and service standards are met • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally • Train and mentor team members to enhance performance • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed Qualifications: • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Must have previous experience in food service and the ability to perform various roles of restaurant crew, preferably in fast food or quick service • Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills • Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired • Previous management or supervisory experience is required • Experience in the food service industry • Previous restaurant management experience preferred • Availability to work nights and weekends • Strong communication and organizational skills • Must be authorized to work in the U.S Compensation: $12 - $16 hourly
