Responsibilities include: • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts • Ensure food quality and service standards are met • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally • Train and mentor team members to enhance performance • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed Qualifications: • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Must have previous experience in food service and the ability to perform various roles of restaurant crew, preferably in fast food or quick service • Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills • Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired • Previous management or supervisory experience is required • Experience in the food service industry • Previous restaurant management experience preferred • Availability to work nights and weekends • Strong communication and organizational skills • Must be authorized to work in the U.S Compensation: $12 - $16 hourly
