    Position Overview: The Supervisor oversees all daily operational aspects of their assigned restaurant location and consistently delivers exceptional guest and employee experience while leading, training, and developing their team. Work closely with the management team to ensure effective and efficient daily and long-term operations, manage costs, increase sales, and support growth in the market.

    Operational Objectives:

    Review and Execute Operational Goals by Period, Quarter, and Year.

    Review and adjust operations based on Location walk-throughs to review cleanliness, repair and maintenance, and Capital Expense issues.

    Model and promote teamwork across all teams.

    Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors, and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy.

    Foster and promote a positive, structured, accountable culture throughout the business.

    Hold Quarterly in-store Training Meetings for your location.

    Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

    Monitor, address, and document Team Member performance through ongoing feedback, positive recognition, and training matrix growth.

    Performs other duties/tasks and projects as assigned.

    Stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, and uneven or slick surfaces.
