The ideal candidate will have previous 1-2 years Restaurant Supervisory experience or in a comparable leadership role, reflected on your resume.
Job Description:
The Supervisor will support the Restaurant Manager to maintain and ensure the all runs smoothly, trains the team, monitors food quality, and guarantees staff is providing excellent customer service with restaurant sales booming and financials profitable. Ensuring efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards are mandatory!
Compensation: $28-$32/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist to Hire, train, set and maintain a shift schedule for FOH staff.
Monitor day-to-day operations in FOH.
Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly resolving any issues.
Facilitate quick and efficient communication between front and back-of-house (BOH).
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
Help estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
Supports opening and closing tasks and balances daily and nightly cash drawers.
Implement safe working practices to ensure safety of building occupiers and visitors.
Requirements - Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
1-2 years of Supervisory experience in a food service environment
Proven track record of leadership and managerial skills while providing exceptional customer service is required.
