We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team and assist our General Manager and Assistant General Manager. This is a PART TIME Manager position; with potential for a salaried position for the right candidate.
Duties:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cash handling.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain high-quality food and drinks.
Supervise kitchen and dining staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate catering and special events, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
Manage cash handling and maintain accurate financial records.
Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in restaurant management
Excellent interviewing and hiring skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
Expected hours: 15-20 Hours Per Week
Shift:
4 hour shift 8 hour shift Morning shift Night shift
License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Servsafe Manager Certification (Preferred)
