Responsibilities
Essential Function: Provide outstanding customer service to all customers. Work proficiently in the four basic positions – slicer, middles, register, and fourths.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Report for each scheduled shift on time
- Be proficient in the Port of Subs method of operation
- Complete reviews and testing for each applicable position
- Follow and complete daily tasks assigned on assignment cards/task lists
- Maintain Port of Subs and governmental standards of food safety and sanitation
- Comply with all restaurant policies to work safely
- All other duties as directed by management
Essential Qualifications
- Proven guest service and communication expertise
- Solid organizational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to train others
- Competency in basic math for inventory and financial tracking
- Working knowledge of computer
- Flexibility of schedule that may include nights, weekends, or particular holidays
Qualifications Needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly each day
- Stand/walk for extended periods daily
- Frequent reaching, stretching, grasping, pushing, and bending
- Valid Drivers License and Insurance
