Popeyes - Restaurant General Manager
Purpose

Receives direction and reports to their District Manager
Essential Job Functions
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Trainer will have many key responsibilities in the restaurant which include: Training, the ability to teach others, Food Safety, Inventory Management systems, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting back to their team and other managers
Must be able to effectively train others to higher levels and develop managers
Strive to enhance our guest experiences at every opportunity by satisfying and exceeding their expectations.
Increase sales and profit by building community relationships/partnerships and providing outstanding product and service.

Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following:
Walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time
Lifting a minimum 50 lbs. overhead
Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for:
Making observations
Communicating with others
Reading and writing
Position Requirements
Work a 48-55 hour week.
Subject to background check.
In-store training program completed.
Successfully completed Popeye's General Manager training program.
Working Conditions
Office environment; work with computer and office equipment.
Restaurant environment; work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment; hazardous conditions.
Essential job functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for standing, walking or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
