Responsibilities:

Dispatch technicians to jobs in a timely and efficient manner

Communicate with customers to schedule and confirm appointments

Maintain accurate records of service calls, invoices, and work orders

Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance appointments

Qualifications:

At minimum 2-year dispatching (or similar) experience is preferred

Able to participate in mandatory after-hour rotation
