    JOB DUTIES

    Work with the division manager, adjusters, and Project Managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties.

    Be on scene after property disasters to accurately scope projects and sign work for our production team to complete.

    Build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form.

    Prepare estimates using estimating software, for reconstruction from 3D scans and Project scopes.

    Estimate each loss using a 3rd party estimating software, Xactimate or Symbility.

    Ensure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin as determined by company standards.

    Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)

    Customer Service Skills

    Ability to operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, & Symbility and additional systems as requested.

    Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face

    Ability to work independently and / or with a team.

    Ability to work within hazardous environments safely.

    Maintain a level of confidentiality.

    Manage work queue to meet time expectations

    Self-motivated with the ability to plan, organize, and complete tasks independently without close supervision.

    Weekly Salary Based Pay
