Restoration Crew Chief (Water, Fire, Mold) (Northern New Jersey)
Promote the prompt and profitable delivery of all services, consistently surpassing company standards for quality and customer satisfaction
Lead multiple teams (and do the work alongside leading by example) that are mitigating Water Damage (in addition to Mold Mitigation), and will also lead teams in carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and Air Duct/Vent cleaning when no restoration jobs are present!
Guarantee the efficient management of training, documentation, inventory, vehicle maintenance, and overall team morale.
Assist Senior Management team on interviewing, hiring, training of Sales Leaders, Marketing Executives and/or Restoration Technicians and Carpet Cleaning Technicians
Ability to drive to Van location in Bernardsville NJ on a daily basis to start your day with a team huddle (8am-8:30am)
Ability to work "as needed" on weekends complying with our potential "emergency services" program
Experience:
Leading a team of 1-3: 3 years (Required)
Positive, ability to grow and learn!
License/Certification:
At least ONE IICRC Certification (Required)
US Drivers license and ability to drive vans, trucks and box trucks!

Exceed company targets for Sales, COGS, Direct Labor, Net Profit, liquidity, cash flow, quality ratings, and customer satisfaction.
Develop profitable relationships with customers that bring value to both parties.
Provide vision, leadership, and discipline to direct reports (Van Technicians/Drivers and Sales Management) regarding long-range fiscal planning and the overall financial health of the company to ensure its continuity and solvency.
Provide recommendations regarding the effective use of long and short-term debt including refinancing and purchasing.
Oversee the development of compensation and employee benefit policies to attract and retain highly competent personnel at all levels of the company.
Ensure employment compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulatory agencies.
Ensure the continued growth of the company by developing existing people, and assisting in recruiting and selection of new, talented people into positions of leadership within the organization.
Maintain market leadership through consistent implementation of state-of-the-art technology pertaining to delivery of the company’s services and marketing to new clients and markets and focus on continuous process improvement across all departments.
Build and maintain constructive relationships with professional advisors such as accountants, attorneys, bankers, insurance agents, consultants, and other business constituencies.
Negotiate and establish contracts beneficial to the overall success of the company while being sensitive to strategic relationships with company suppliers and partners.
Achieve the highest degree of consistency in the implementation of company operating systems by working with the Operations Manager.

Compensation:
Compensation: $35,000-$55,000 with Bonus Opportunity
