Position: Part-Time Interior Designer (Hourly) Reports To: Design Manager
What You'll Do as a Part-Time Interior Designer at Paul Davis
Make a Real Impact: Help clients restore and revitalize their properties after disasters by designing functional, beautiful interior spaces.
Bring Creativity & Empathy Together: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, guiding them through thoughtful design choices while being sensitive to their unique situations.
Deliver Design Excellence: Manage interior design tasks such as space planning, color selection, furniture placement, and coordination with other trades, ensuring seamless project execution.
Ensure Client Satisfaction: Maintain clear communication with clients and the rebuild team, ensuring each project meets high standards and exceeds client expectations.
Support the Team: Assist with managing materials, preparing design documents, and working closely with contractors to ensure the design vision is brought to life.

Experienced: Ideally, you have a background in interior design or a related field, but we’re open to candidates with the right passion and skill set.
Interior Design Degree: Preferred but not required. We value practical experience and the ability to creatively solve design challenges.
Positive Attitude: You bring enthusiasm to your work and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.
