Primary Responsibilities
· Monitor job file status
· Monitor job file audit status
· Maintain job file WIPs
· Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
· Review and validate initial field documentation
· Create preliminary estimate
· Daily job file coordination
· Perform job file backup
· Maintain internal and external communications
· Prepare job file reports
· Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process
· Complete job file audit process
· Perform job close-out
· Assist other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
· 1+ year(s) of Xactimate Estimating
· 1+ year(s) of Mitigation (Water, Fire Mold, Re-construction)
· Must be familiar with uploading estimates and invoices within Xactanalysis and insurance company requirements based on program details as a preferred vendor
· Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plus
· Experience in service industry environment a plus
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
· Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
· Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
· Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
· Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
· Ability to multi-task
· Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Ability to learn new software and proprietary software
· Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Hours
· 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
· Vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
PayRate
Competitive pay based on experience.
The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
Review and validate job site documentation
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
