About the Role:

We are looking for an outgoing and organized Production Assistant to join our CRDN team. This role requires exceptional customer service skills as this position will be communicating directly with customers, contractors, and adjusters. The candidate must be highly organized, able to multi-task, and have great written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist homeowners, contractors and adjusters in a professional manner

Maintain daily TIPS and Xact Analysis Notes

Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information

Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change

Create and maintain daily job folders, printing delivery reports and scheduling deliveries

Manage incoming job alerts for the Houston territory and stay apprised of daily delivery calendar

Keep inventory and maintain office supplies

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Administrative skills to be able to use computer programs including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook. Restoration programs such as Xact Analysis is a plus.

Time management skills to be able to prioritize activities, especially when there is a high volume of tasks

1-3 years previous experience in customer service and restoration is preferred
