Are you passionate about making a difference and helping people in their time of need? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Restoration Project Manager to join our top-rated team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team in excellence and care through our mitigation process. We then have a separate division that the project will be handed off to for reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities
Emergency Response: Quickly respond with our team to water damage emergencies, including floods, leaks, and other water-related disasters.
Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage to determine the extent and develop effective restoration plans.
Restoration Procedures: Oversee our team execution of using restoration customer service, equipment, and methods.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of the entire restoration process, from initial assessments to final progress reports.
Scope: Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software.
Confirmation: Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective verbal and written communication with property owners, insurance adjusters, teammates, and other relevant parties.
Leading the Team: Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all times. Other duties as assigned.
Resources: Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets
Pass the Torch: Participate in training and recruiting restoration teammates.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in water damage restoration preferred.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in water damage restoration, including water extraction, drying, and mitigation techniques. At least 3 years of industry experience required. IICRC certification is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with industry-standard equipment and tools, such as water extractors, dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters. At least 1 year of Xactimate experience required.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with property owners, insurance adjusters, and team members. At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience required.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, work around cleaning agents, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed.
Licensing: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Background: Ability to pass a background check as required by our national accounts.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
