    We are hiring a service-driven Restoration Project Manager who takes pride in helping a property recover following water, fire, smoke, mold, or storm damage. This should be someone looking for a long-term career at a growing company with room to advance.

    Team Compensation and Benefits:

    $92-120k target salary + commission

    Base salary of $72k

    No cap on commissions

    Manages subcontractor, vendor, and customer relationships

    Ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time

    Requirements:

    Construction, reconstruction, or trades experience

    Strong computer and cloud-based software skills

    Ability to lead and develop a team

    Career emphasis on learning and continuing education

    Sound planning and organizational skills

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    College Degree or equivalent relevant experience

    Role on the Team:

    Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience

    Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R

    Confirm budget and work orders before start of the project.

    Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

    Participate in local community events.

    Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.

    Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen.
