What We’re Looking For

• Experience That Counts:** At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience and 3 years in the restoration industry—NYC experience is a plus!
• Certifications: IICRC certification preferred; Xactimate experience is a big bonus.
• Education: High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help), climb ladders, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) with cleaning agents.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required to navigate Brooklyn and beyond.
