Job Title Project Manager
Job Summary
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers throughout the insurance claims process, construction scheduling, and project management.
General Accountabilities
Examine and inspect work progress and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
Read specifications, such as Xactimate estimates, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction workers and laborers.
Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
Communicate effectively with management, other departments, and sub-contractors to complete the repair process in a timely manner.
Manage multiple construction projects.
Order materials or supplies.
Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
Job Qualifications
Education: high school diploma or equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years' experience as a cost estimator/project manager
proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
Maintains a valid and current Ga driver’s license.
Successfully pass a background check

$65,000 - $75,000 annual base salary based on experience.
Additional monthly commission based on profit margin.
