Job Overview:
CRDN of the Midsouth is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to provide world class service to customers dealing with painful losses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and promoting our services across a designated region. You will work closely with prospective clients, including commercial and residential to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
As a Regional Sales Rep, you will be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring our services are recognized as the go-to solution for all restoration needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners, including insurance adjusters, property managers, restoration contractors, and business owners.
Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to educate potential customers on our content restoration services and value proposition.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, adjusters, and homeowners to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
Working in accordance with defined company processes and procedures and other regulatory requirements.
Ability to accurately scope a job including textiles, electronics, art and contents.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (experience in restoration sales industry is preferred).
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to manage a regional sales territory.
Familiarity with the insurance claims process is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
