Excellent ground floor opportunity for an experienced Restoration Tech or Project manager with Dry Medic Restoration in Beachwood, NJ. We have recently added this local affiliate to our established Home Services family. We are looking for an experienced tech or project manager who wants an opportunity to grow with a great company. The right candidate will have at least 2 years experience as lead restoration mitigation tech, or project manager, me able to work independently and with others, and be very ambitious. This position will offer great pay, commission, bonus, ground floor for management advancement and most importantly an opportunity to earn profit sharing, and possible owner equity stake in the company. However, only highly motivated self-starters need apply. Responsibilities: • Identify mold, weather, fire, and water damage in homes and businesses • Deodorize and sanitize indoor space • Organize and clean salvageable belongings and property • Execute all water mitigation and extraction services • Fix and rebuild the home or business • Introduce the company to new lead sources, and secure new work. Qualifications: • Must have IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification) certification, WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred • A high school diploma or GED is required • Must have great physical fitness and able to lift 50 lbs • Excellent teamwork, communication, and listening skills are a must • Must be comfortable with fieldwork and working in various weather and environments • Comfortable with using power and hand tools • Very good communication skills required Compensation: $48,000 - $75,000
