Responsibilities: • Clear out and replace damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing • Execute all water mitigation and extraction services • Sanitize and deodorize structure • Assess property damaged caused by water, mold, and weather disasters • Remove damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, and related materials • Perform water mitigation and extraction services • Decontaminate and deodorize indoor spaces Qualifications: • Must have great physical fitness and able to lift 50 lbs • Must live within 40 miles of Greensboro, NC • High school diploma or GED required • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Able to pass a background check and drug test • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Able to use hand and power tools to perform controlled demolition (flooring, drywall, insulation, etc.) • Comfortable with both field work and paperwork • IICRC or WRT certification preferred, but not required • Must have great communication and listening skills • A sense of pride in your work • A desire to help others • Team oriented • Excellent attendance • Able to participate in a rotational on-call, after-hours schedule Compensation: $18.50 - $20 hourly
