The Restoration Technician works as part of a team of emergency service providers to perform detailed cleaning and restoration services most often after a water or fire event in a residential home or business. By providing quality, consistent, and efficient work; the Restoration Technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. Primary Responsibilities:
Perform detailed drying and cleaning procedures in homes and businesses.
Assist in loading the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
Assist to prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
Adhere to company and OSHA safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Communicate with Supervisors and other teammates to maintain efficient work processes
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
Bi-Lingual would be a BIG plus!
Position Requirements:
Dependable and Reliable
Effective understanding of basic English oral and written communication
Basic math and comfort level with technology
Experience in cleaning would be beneficial and preferred
High school diploma/GED
MUST have a valid state-issued drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., under cabinets, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to work in cold or hot conditions
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Rate: Starts at $16.50 - $18/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay, and increases based on merit and achieving industry certifications (which the company will pay for).
Office Location: New Albany, IN
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm + after-hours on-call rotation as required
