Paul Davis Sales Leader - The Role The Bucks County team is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric B2B Sales Professional with a track record in the property restoration market or a similar capacity. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving growth and building strong relationships with commercial property managers, insurance professionals, and other key stakeholders in the restoration industry.

Sales Manager - What you’ll be doing… Your primary focus will be to drive meaningful B2B sales growth within the commercial property sector. You will play a vital role in showcasing the unrivaled value of Paul Davis services, solidifying our position as the premier choice for commercial property restoration solutions.
Your success in this role will be fueled by your ability to forge and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, facility managers, and insurance professionals. Through strategic prospecting, targeted outreach, and persuasive communication, you will build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into loyal clients.
As an ambassador for the Paul Davis brand, you will embody our core values of integrity, empathy, and excellence in every interaction. Your deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by commercial property stakeholders will enable you to tailor your approach and demonstrate how Paul Davis can mitigate damage, minimize business interruption, and restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
To excel in this role, you will:
Build and nurture relationships with property and facility managers within commercial buildings/facilities, establishing a current and robust client list.
Employ a proactive strategy to engage prospective clients through targeted emails, phone calls, and in-person introductions.
Collaborate in the development and implementation of sales policies, principles, and procedures, driving continuous improvement.
Conduct thorough market research and assist with lead generation efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Collaborate with Paul Davis Regional Marketing Managers to promote and market your local office, maximizing brand exposure and market presence.
Coordinate, attend, and promote company events including CE classes, Commercial Seminars, Lunch and Learn Seminars for Insurance Professionals, Trade Shows, and Community Events.
Who you are…
You are a seasoned B2B sales professional and while direct experience in restoration is not required, familiarity with the unique challenges faced by commercial property managers and the critical role of restoration services is highly desired.
You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are adept at building strong relationships with clients through various channels.
You have an understanding of customer service principles, are skilled in managing priorities, conducting effective meetings, and coordinating marketing events from conception to execution.
You are a self-motivated individual who can work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with CRM systems are essential. The ability to quickly learn and operate our primary operating systems, including RMS, Luxor, SharePoint, and OneDrive, is crucial.
A valid driver's license and ability to maintain an acceptable background and MVR check is required for this role.
