Position: Back Office Dental Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during examinations and treatment procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take and develop dental X-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Fluency in Spanish required for effective communication with Spanish-speaking patients
Uphold infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a dental assistant
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential
X-ray certification and CPR certification preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and professional demeanor
