Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Associate, you'll play an important role in our store's success. Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming customers and greeting them warmly to help them find what they need.
• Share information about our products to help customers make choices.
• Answer questions and resolve any issues that come up.
• Use different selling methods to encourage purchases.
• Help customers find the right sizes and products.
• Inform customers about current deals and promotions.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and well-stocked.
• Make sure items are clearly labeled and priced.
• Monitor merchandise, attach/detach security tags, and report any issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any accidents or near misses.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Basic cash register knowledge.
• Basic math skills for quick transactions.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
