    A Day in the Life of a Retail Brand Ambassador:

    You are the primary contact for our clients. You start each day excited to establish new relationships while continuing to nurture existing ones. You love interacting with people and establishing rapport easily. Your excellent customer service skills are an essential part of your success, as you spend a lot of time chatting with customers in person.

    In addition to sales prospecting, you complete sales presentations to help customers understand our clients’ products and services. You are organized and manage your time effectively in order to achieve individual and team goals. When you make sales you accurately complete sales order forms. It is rewarding to see your efforts contribute to our success! You enjoy being a part of our fun and exciting work environment.

    Duties:

    Greet each customer with a professional and friendly demeanor, establishing a positive first impression.

    Active Listening and Needs Assessment: Employ active listening skills to uncover customer requirements through open-ended questions. Tailor service recommendations based on their specific needs and preferences.

    Product Knowledge Powerhouse: Leverage your in-depth product knowledge to provide clear explanations of features and benefits. Demonstrate product functionality whenever applicable, solidifying customer confidence in their purchasing decisions.

    Suggestive Selling Expertise: Develop a keen awareness of opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and generate additional sales.
